Pastami is a producer of ready-made first courses Made in Italy, based on pasta that can be stored outside the fridge and are ready in 90 seconds. The recipes and combinations offered are inspired by the healthy philosophy of the Mediterranean diet.
After years of research and development on food products, our team of multidisciplinary experts has developed an innovative range of ready meals that contain neither additives nor preservatives, whose quality is guaranteed by the use of organic raw materials.
The product was created to meet the needs of the 4.0 consumer, who requires a ready-to-eat meal that can be consumed anywhere and is easy to prepare. Thanks to the stabilization process, the product (which has a long shelf life) can be kept outside the fridge for a long time and retains its organoleptic properties, such as the characteristic "al dente" texture.
Pastami's mission is to introduce the excellent products of Italian cuisine to the foreign market through new sales channels. Pastami ready meals, with their features, fully meet the needs of new distribution channels from Food Delivery to E-commerce food.
