I – INFORMATION REGARDING THE SITE'S PRIVACY POLICY
1. This section contains information regarding the methods of management of pastami.it with reference to the processing of data of users of pastami.it.

1. The data processor is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.
2. Pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, appointed by the data controller, the data processor of the website pastami.it is: Pastami.
3 – Data processing location
1. The processing of data generated by the use of pastami.it takes place at c.da Serre - Cammarata (AG)
2. If necessary, the data related to the newsletter service may be processed by the data controller or persons appointed by them for this purpose at the relevant office.
III – COOKIES
1 – Type of Cookies
1. The pastami.it website uses cookies to make the user's browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small strings of text used to store certain information that may concern the user, their preferences, or the device used to access the Internet (computer, tablet, or mobile phone), and are mainly used to adapt the functioning of the site to the user's expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and storing choices made previously.

4 – Profiling cookies
1. Profiling cookies are those that create profiles related to the user and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the web.

3. Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Article 122 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data shall apply.

IV – DATA PROCESSED
1 – Data processing methods
1. Like all websites, this site also uses log files in which information collected automatically during users' visits is stored. The information collected may include the following:
– internet protocol (IP) address; – type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the site; – name of the internet service provider (ISP); – date and time of visit; – web page from which the visitor came (referral) and exit page; – possibly the number of clicks.
2. The aforementioned information is processed automatically and collected exclusively in aggregate form in order to verify the correct functioning of the site, and for security reasons. Such information will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the data controller.
3. For security purposes (antispam filters, firewall, virus detection), the automatically recorded data may also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with current laws, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to harm other users, or in any case, harmful activities or activities constituting a crime. Such data is never used for user identification or profiling, but only for the protection of the site and its users; this information will be processed based on the legitimate interests of the owner.

If the site allows the posting of comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, including the possibility to send a Curriculum Vitae for a potential employment relationship, the site automatically detects and records certain identifying data of the user, including the email address. Such data is considered voluntarily provided by the user at the time of the service request. V. USER RIGHTS
1. Art. 13, paragraph 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 lists the rights of the user.
2. The website pastami.it therefore intends to inform the user about the existence of the user's rights, pursuant to the following articles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

a) Pursuant to Art. 15, the data subject has the right to request access to personal data from the controller, pursuant to Art. 16 the possibility to rectify the data provided, pursuant to Art. 18 the possibility to supplement or restrict the processing concerning them, or to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing pursuant to Art. 21, in addition to the right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 of the Regulation (EU);
b) the right to request erasure pursuant to Article 17, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
c) the right to obtain confirmation that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, deletion, blocking of data, and transformation have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in cases where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
3. Requests can be addressed to the data controller, without formalities or, alternatively, by using the form provided by the Data Protection Authority, or by sending an email to: info@pastami.it

If the processing is based on Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) – express consent to use – or on Art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a) – express consent to the use of genetic, biometric, health-related data, revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal.
5. Likewise, in case of violation of the regulations, the user has the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as the authority responsible for monitoring processing in the Italian State.

VI – TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
1. This site may share some of the collected data with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The

transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by Article 45, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, so no further consent is required. The above-mentioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
2. Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions set out in Article 45 et seq. of the Regulation (EU).
VII. SECURITY OF PROVIDED DATA
1. This site processes user data lawfully and correctly, adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of data. Processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
2.
